1. RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product if you're not fully satisfied.
💡 Don’t worry — even if you initiate the return on day 29, it’s still valid.
What matters is that the process is started within those 30 days.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
We understand that trying a product sometimes means opening it, testing it, or even using it for a few days — and that’s perfectly fine.
To qualify for a return:
✔ The item can be used
✔ You don’t need the original packaging
✔ The item should be returned in a reasonably good condition
✔ The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

3. RETURN PROCEDURE
📩 Step 1: Contact our support team at contact@glameinternational.fr to request your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
📦 Step 2: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and instructions.
🚚 Return shipping costs are at your expense and are non-refundable.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package arrives safely.
4. REFUNDS
📤 Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
💰 If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, back to your original payment method.

5. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged.
