Return and refund policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY


1. RETURN PERIOD

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item if you are not satisfied. After this period, returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in its original condition
Be returned with all accessories and in its original packaging

Non-returnable items

Some product categories cannot be returned:

  • Perishable products (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous substances, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software

Exceptions with partial refund possible

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or software
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after receipt

3. RETURN PROCEDURE

🚚 Return shipping costs: They are at your expense and are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent loss of the package.


4. REFUNDS

📤 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or denied.
💰 If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
📩 Exchange request: Send an email to contact@glamefrance.fr with photos of the damaged product.


6. GIFTED ITEMS

🎁 If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the returned product.
🎁 If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


7. SHIPPING FOR EXCHANGED ITEMS

The shipping time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

⚠️ For items valued over €75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
