1.2 Acceptance of the TCS: Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these TCS. By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted them without reservation.
1.3 Scope of Application: These TCS apply only to consumers (excluding professionals).
1.4 Modification of the TCS: The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order. Agence Robin reserves the right to modify these TCS at any time, with new conditions applying to orders placed after they are published online.
ARTICLE 2 – PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
2.1 Product Descriptions: Products are described on the website as accurately as possible. However, errors may occur and will not engage the seller’s liability.
2.2 Availability: Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website and within the limits of available stock. If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, the customer will be informed and refunded within 14 days.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
3.1 Prices: Prices are displayed in euros, including all taxes (TTC). Shipping costs are indicated separately before order confirmation.

3.4 Late or Rejected Payments: If a payment is declined by the banking institution, the order will be automatically canceled.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

4.2 Delivery Timeframes: The company strives to meet the announced delivery times. However, if the delay exceeds 30 days, the customer may request a refund.
4.3 Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are displayed before order confirmation.
4.4 Transport Responsibility: The company is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. In case of loss or damage, the customer must directly contact the carrier.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1 Withdrawal Period: In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal once the package has been received.
5.2 Procedure: The customer must notify their withdrawal request by email at contact@glameinternational.fr or by registered letter.
5.3 Return of Product: Products must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and packaging at the customer’s expense.
5.4 Refunds: The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

ARTICLE 6 – LEGAL GUARANTEES
6.1 Conformity Guarantee: In accordance with Article L.217-5 of the French Consumer Code, the seller guarantees that the product complies with the contract. This guarantee is valid for 2 years from the date of receipt.
The seller provides a product that conforms to the contract and meets the criteria set out in Article L.217-5. They are liable for any conformity defects existing at the time of delivery within the meaning of Article L.216-1, which appear within two years from that date.
6.2 Hidden Defects Guarantee: Customers may request a replacement or refund in case of hidden defects.

ARTICLE 9 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND MEDIATION
In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the

Code, has the option of submitting a request for amicable resolution
within a period of less than one year from the date of his or her written
complaint to the professional.
